Privacy Policy

Overview

mythinkmint (“we”) builds mobile applications. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy covers all apps published by mythinkmint.

Data We Collect

SolvIQa: Questions, answers, exam sessions, bookmarks, and study stats stored locally on your device. With Google Sign-In and cloud sync enabled, this data is synced to Firebase Cloud Firestore. Questions and images are sent to AI services (Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude) for processing and are not permanently stored by these services. Exam simulator stores session data, scores, and student name locally.

SolvIQa Teacher: Class data, assignments, student submissions, and scores stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore. Teacher must sign in with Google. Student data is visible only to the class teacher. Teaching Mode and Classroom Test data is transmitted in real-time and not stored after sessions end.

Billora: Business profile (name, email, phone, address, UPI ID, signature image), client information, invoices, and saved items stored locally. With cloud sync (Pro), data is synced to Firebase. AI Snap photos are sent to Google Gemini for item extraction and are not stored after processing.

DayBlip: Journal entries (text, mood, tags, photos), bookmarks, and streaks stored locally on your device. With cloud sync (Pro), entries are synced to Firebase. Photos remain on-device unless cloud sync is enabled. Voice input is processed on-device by the system speech recognizer and is not sent to our servers.

SmartCalc FREE: All calculations, unit conversions, EMI computations, and age calculations are performed entirely on your device. Currency preference is saved locally. No data is collected, transmitted, or stored externally. No account required.

Speed Test FREE: To measure your internet speed, the app downloads and uploads temporary test data to public content delivery network servers. This data is random bytes used solely for measurement and is discarded immediately. No test results, IP addresses, or personal information are collected or stored by us. Results may differ from other speed test services due to server distance. No account required.

QR Scanner FREE: All scanned codes and scan history are stored locally on your device only. No scan data is transmitted to any server. Camera access is used solely for scanning — no images are saved or uploaded. No account required.

Doc Scanner FREE: Photos captured or selected are processed entirely on your device to generate PDF documents. No images or documents are uploaded to any server. Generated PDFs are stored locally on your device. No account required.

Step Tracker FREE: Step counts are read from your device’s built-in pedometer sensor and stored locally in a database on your device. Daily history, goals, and settings are saved locally only. PDF exports are generated on-device. No step data, health data, or personal information is transmitted to any server. No account required.

Screen On FREE: Keeps your screen awake using system wake lock. Battery level is read locally. No data is collected, stored, or transmitted. No account required.

Prompter: Scripts are stored locally on your device using SQLite. AI Script Writer (Pro) sends your topic to AI services for script generation — no scripts are stored on our servers. No account required for the free tier. Pro subscription is managed through Google Play.

Interview Coach, SmartExpiry, StaffBook: Job descriptions, interview questions, answer transcripts, scores, and video recordings are stored locally on your device using SQLite. Videos are saved in the app’s cache directory or optionally to Downloads. AI-generated transcripts are processed locally using mock evaluation; when AI services are enabled (Pro+), transcript text is sent for analysis and is not permanently stored. No account required. No interview data, career information, or personal details are transmitted to our servers.

All apps: We do not collect payment information, location data, contacts, or browsing history. We do not sell data to anyone.

Advertising

Some paid apps (SolvIQa, Prompter, Interview Coach, SmartExpiry, StaffBook, Billora, DayBlip) offer optional rewarded video ads. You choose to watch an ad to earn a small bonus (e.g., +1 script slot, +1 interview session). Ads are never forced — no banners, no interstitials, no pop-ups. You will never see an ad unless you tap the “Watch Ad” button. Rewarded ads are served by Google AdMob, which may collect device advertising identifiers. Our free utility apps (SmartCalc, Speed Test, QR Scanner, Doc Scanner, Step Tracker, Screen On) have no ads whatsoever.

Free Utility Apps

SmartCalc, Speed Test, QR Scanner, Doc Scanner, Step Tracker, and Screen On are completely free with no ads, no accounts, and no data collection. These apps work entirely offline (except Speed Test which requires internet for measurement). Nothing leaves your device.

Third-Party Services

Data Security

Local data is protected by your device’s security. Cloud data uses Firebase security rules — only authenticated users can access their own data. All network communication uses HTTPS.

Data Deletion

Uninstalling any app removes all local data. For cloud data deletion, use the in-app delete account feature or email us at solveitapp.dev@gmail.com. Requests are processed within 30 days. Free utility apps (SmartCalc, Speed Test, QR Scanner, Doc Scanner) have no cloud data — uninstalling removes everything.

Children’s Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. SolvIQa is designed for students but requires parental guidance for users under 13.
